Town Board Meeting Minutes
 

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairman Duane Johnson.  Others present were Supervisors Jeff Stellrecht and Gary Crosby, Treasurer Donna Meeds, and David Coon, Clerk. Five town residents also attended.*

​2. All parties present were notified to silence cell phones and other devices.
3. Public Comment: None.
4. The Minutes of the September 9, 2025, town board meeting were approved as amended on a Stellrecht/Crosby motion.
5. The Treasurer’s report was read and reviewed. 
6. The Financial review was conducted. 
7. Reviewed Town Pay Rates and Public Charges. Creating a category for Grant Writing and Research at $25/hour was approved on a Stellrecht/Crosby motion. It will be added that the amount of gravel that may be purchased is 50/yards per year per residence.  At the next meeting, a travel and reimbursement policy will be addressed.
8. Road Maintenance Report: All is going well and doing some tree cutting. The hydraulic motor on the mower arm needs to be replaced. It only had a one-year warranty which we are beyond.
9. Clerks Report: Noted that the company that makes and services our voting machine was bought out by another company. LRIP Documents are being drafted.
10. Monthly correspondence reviewed.
11. Approval of monthly expenditures. Crosby/Stellrecht motion to approve checks #10759 to #10767 in the amount of $7.150.59, was passed.
12. November 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. was set for the next Board Meeting. It will also be the date for the Budget Public Hearing and the Meeting of Electors regarding the Levy.
13. The Meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m. on a Stellrecht/Crosby motion.
