Town hall usage

Any and/or all town residents can use the town hall at no cost except for the following conditions.

1. Cleaning – after use of town hall if any additional cleaning is need, the town resident who reserved the hall will be invoice a minimum fee of $100 unless cost of cleanup is more than the minimum fee, then the actual cost of cleanup will be invoice to the town resident.  
2. Damage – any damage to the town hall will be invoice to the town resident who reserved the hall with a minimum fee of $100 unless cost of damage is more than the minimum fee, then the actual cost of repairs will be invoice to the town resident. 
3. All Town Property is to remain in the Town Hall.  If any Town Property is missing or damaged the replacement cost of property will be invoice to the town resident who reserved the hall.  Town Property includes but not limited to chairs and tables. 
4. If Cleaning and/or damage fees are not paid within 30 days, then the fee(s) will be added to the town resident’s property tax statement as a special charge.
